In accordance with the policies determined within the framework of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, Dabco's air and brake systems undertake the following: • To manufacture low-cost, however high-quality products that comply with the European Union norms, environmental and human health laws in the entire production process of Dabco, which adopts the goal of "to be a leading company in the sector of air and brake systems, whose performance is admired, and which is respectful for the environment and life values", • To comply with the requirements of ISO/TS16949 Automotive Industry Quality Standards, ISO 9001 Quality Standards, ISO 14001 Environmental Standards and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Standards, • To continuously improve the performance of the processes at every stage of the production and support processes by providing the necessary resources, with the participation of the people working on behalf of the company, and to ensure the efficiency and development of the system, • To ensure that the system objectives are communicated to the employees, they are clearly understood and communication channels are kept open for this purpose, • To ensure the planned and periodical review of nonconformities in the system by the Senior Management and the continuity of compliance, • To prevent environmental pollution, • To work in compliance with the local and international legislation that the Company is subject to in matters of Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and to minimize the dangers and risks that people working on behalf of the company, their visitors and their neighbours may be exposed to due to Dabco's activities, • To provide a healthy and safe working environment and to ensure the working security for people working on behalf of the company, • To closely monitor technological developments and supplier performances, • To keep customer satisfaction at the highest level
